泵在石油化工装置中的应用十分广泛,泵的管道设计是否合理直接关系到泵的正常运转和整个装置的运行。本人在从事设计过程中,对泵的布置及设计有了一些想法,因为设计过程还是处于理论阶段,可能在此过程中有些小细节容易被设计者忽视,由此写了本篇文章希望能够对读者朋友有所帮助。本篇文章中主要阐述了个人在泵的平面布置方面的一些个人见解,还有在泵出入口和辅助管道的设计方面的需要注意的事项。

The pump is widely used in the petrochemical plant. Whether the pipeline design is reasonable or not is directly related to the normal operation of the pump and the operation of the whole unit. With the experience in the design process, some ideas of the layout and design of the pump were carried out. Because the design process was still in the theoretical stage, some small details were easily ignored by the designer in the process. Some personal views on the plane layout of the pump were mainly expounded, as well as the matters needing attention in the design of the pump inlet and auxiliary pipe.
