摘要
随着乳化炸药的不断推广,2016年全年乳化炸药的产量占工业炸药总产量的62.03%。文章结合我公司乳化炸药生产过程的实际情况,按照生产流程,由水油相原材料的选用与配置过程,乳化、敏化装药的控制过程,至装药包装等控制过程,全面阐述乳化炸药生产工艺控制方法。同时分析乳化炸药生产过程中的各环节要注意的安全风险,给出本公司的作法和值得改进的地方。
As the continuous popularization of emulsion explosives,the yield of emulsion explosives in 2016 accounted for 2. 03% of the total output of industrial explosives. Based on the actual situation of the process of emulsion explosive production f our company,according to the production process,from the selection and allocation of water and oil phase of raw materials, rocess control and emulsion sensitized charge to the control process of charging packaging,a comprehensive exposition of mulsion explosive process control method was reviewed. At the same time,the security risks which should be noted were nalyzed, in the production of emulsion explosive, practices and improvements of the company were demonstrated.
