分步式超粘磨耗层施工技术在惠河高速的应用

Application of construction technology of distributed novasurfacing in Huihe expressway

超粘磨耗层技术是一种在微表处技术的基础上开发的新型道路养护技术,具有更好的耐磨性、防水性、粘附性及耐久性。该技术需依靠进口设备才能同时进行粘结层和磨耗层施工,限制了其在国内的推广和普及。研究使用微表处摊铺车和乳化沥青洒布车代替超粘磨耗层专用摊铺机,采用分步式超粘磨耗层工艺进行施工,在惠河高速公路进行试验段铺筑。施工效果良好,各项技术指标均符合要求。

Novasurfacing is a new type of road maintenance technology which is improved on the basis of microsurfacing technology. It has better wear resistance,water resistance,adhesion and durability. The technology needs to rely on imported equipment to carry out the construction of bonding layer and abrasion layer at the same time,which limits its application and popularization in china. This study uses the microsurfacing paver and emulsified asphalt distributor instead of novasurfacing paver,adopts multi-step process of novasurfacing technology at the test section of Huihe expressway. The construction effect is very good,and all the parameters meet the requirements.
