With the rapid development of China＇s economic and social,accompanied by the further development of science and technology,especially in the construction industry similar to the technical industry,its development is changing with each passing day. Moreover,in recent years,the Chinese government has vigorously called for the concept of ＂green energy conservation,environmental protection and sustainable development＂,and has formulated a series of laws and regulations to restrict the illegal activities in society. The changes of the times require that green building needs further development,not only to save energy,but also to meet the requirements of the development of society as a whole. Based on the research of the BIM technology,and points out its characteristics,and clearly explains the important significance of BIM technology on the green building,hoping to guide the future of green building industry to develop more scientific and more environmentally friendly direction.
