摘要
从四个方面对电力设计企业工程总承包项目经理培养与管理存在的问题进行分析,并从组织体系创新、职业经理人培养、建立健全配套机制等方面给出合理建议,为电力设计企业的工程总承包业务开展提供人才保障。
Analyzes the problems existing in the training and management of general contract project manager in electric power design enterprise from four aspects,gives some reasonable suggestions of organizational system innovation,professional manager training,establishment and improvement of supporting mechanism,etc.,for the power design enterprise engineering general contracting business to provide personnel protection.
