摘要
开展质量管理小组活动是改进质量、降低消耗、改善环境、提升组织绩效的有效途径。通过对徐州地铁1号线05标段区间CRD工法大断面隧道提高钢架安装合格率开展的QC活动这一措施进行总结,进一步阐述QC活动在工程建设行业的重要作用。
Carrying out quality management team activities is an effective way improve quality,reduce consumption,improve environment and promote organizational performance. Based on the Xuzhou metro line No. 1 05 section of large section tunnel CRD method to improve the qualified rate of the installation of steel frame to carry out QC activities of this measures are summed up,further elaborates the important role of QC activity in the construction industry.
