摘要
通过分析生长期为1~3年西洋参植株的各项生长性状参数随生长年限的变化情况,及对其土壤中速效养分的测定的结果表明:随生长年限的延长,西洋参植株性状参数变化较大,株高、茎粗、叶片数、苗重、根鲜重、主根粗、主根长和须根数8项指标参数与生长年限有极显著相关关系(P<0.01),其r值分别为0.914、0.846、0.825、0.717、0.776、0.759、0.707、0.452,各项指标年际间变化明显;土壤速效养分中的速效N与种植年限极显著相关(r=0.916,P<0.01),土壤速效P、速效K含量年际变化不显著。
Panax quinquefolium plants with 1~3 a in growing season were selected to analyse the variation of characters of Panax quinquefolium in terms of growth years; planting bed soil of 1~3 a Panax quinquefolium was selected to measure the available nutrients to compare the difference of available soil nutrients after planting Panax quinquefolium. The results showed that with the extension of growth time, the parameters of Panax quinquefolium plants changed greatly, and the 8 parameters,such as plant height were significantly related to the growth years(P<0.01), their values were 0.914,0.846,0.825,0.717,0.776,0.759,0.707,0.452,respectively, the annual variation of each index was obvious, and the annual growth of Panax quinquefolium plants was greater in 1-3 a; the available N in soil available nutrients was significantly correlated with the length of cultivation(r=0.916, P<0.01), the annual change of available P and available K in soil was not significant.
