摘要
采用单因素逐项优化法,研究了黄柏中防晒成分超声辅助提取条件。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数60%、料液比(g/m L)1∶60、超声功率240W和提取时间40min。该试验为深入研究黄柏在防晒化妆品中的应用提供了参考。
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of the sunscreen constituents from Phellodendron were studied by means of single factor experiment with successive optimization. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the ethanol volume fraction 60 %,the solid-liquid ratio( g/m L) 1: 60,ultrasonic power 240 w and extraction time 40 min. This study provides a reference for the application of Phellodendron in sunscreen cosmetics.
