3-(α-甲氧基)甲烯基苯并呋喃-2(3H)-酮的合成工艺中主要副产物分析

Analysis of the Main by-Product in the Synthesis of 3-( α-Methoxy) Methylenebezofuran-2(3H)-Ketone

本文对3-(α-甲氧基)甲烯基苯并呋喃-2(3H)-酮的合成工艺中的主要副产物进行了研究。先将副产物分离,再经过LCMS和1HNMR谱图分析,证实反应中主要副产物为(E)-2-(2-羟苯基)-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯。

In this paper,the main by-product in the synthesis of 3-（ α-methoxy） methylenebezofuran-2（ 3 H）-ketone is analysed. After separated the by-product,and then analysed their LC-MS and 1HNMR,It is authenticated that the main by-product in the reaction is（E）-2-（ 2-hydroxymethyl）-3-methoxy methyl acrylate.
