三种不同干燥方式对金银花活性成分与抗氧化性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探究不同干燥方法对金银花中活性成分的含量与抗氧化性的影响。方法:采用阴干、烘干、晒干三种方法对金银花进行干燥,用紫外分光光度法测定总酚酸、总黄酮的含量,以总还原力、DPPH清除率、·OH清除率为指标比较不同干燥方法对金银花抗氧化性的影响。结果:烘干金银花中总酚酸及黄酮含量最高,分别为6.23±0.28mg/g、6.90±0.28mg/g,晒干药材中总黄酮、总酚酸含量最低。所测定的三种抗氧化性指标中,总还原力以烘干药材最强;阴干药材DPPH自由基清除率最强,烘干与阴干药材间的清除率无显著性差异;·OH清除率同样以阴干药材最高,烘干次之;总还原力与总酚酸、黄酮含量呈显著正相关。结论:综合考虑干燥效率及活性成分含量、抗氧化性三个方面,烘干干燥应在金银花产区进行大力推广。 Objective: To study different drying methods on the content of active consituent and antioxidant activity of the Lonicerae japonica Flos. Methods: The Lonicerae japonica Flos was dried by three method including shading drying,sun drying and baking drying; the total phenolic acid and total flavonoid was determined by the method of UV spectrophotometry; the antioxidant activity was measured by the index including total reduction,DPPH scavening rate and·OH scavening rate. Results: The results showed that the total phenolic acid and total flavonoids of the samples dried by baking drying are highest up to 6. 23 ± 0. 28 mg/gand 6. 90± 0. 28 mg/g respectively; However,treatments of sundryingexhibited the lowest. Determination of three kinds of antioxidation indexes,the reducing power is the strongest by baking drying,the DPPH scavening rate is the highest by shading drying and there was no significant difference in clearance between baking drying and shading drying. Similarly,the · OH scavening rate is the highest by shading drying followed by baking drying. The total reduction was positively correlated with the content of the total phenolic acid and flavonoids. Conclusions: The baking drying should be popularized in Lonicerae japonica Flos region considering the drying efficiency,the content of active component and the antioxidant properties.
