摘要
以技术接受模型为基础,结合用户体验理论和用户认知模型,从价格、内容、功能、视觉因素和易用性5个维度对影响用户使用学术期刊APP的因素进行问卷调查。结果显示:在影响用户使用学术期刊APP的因素中,价格是重要的影响因素,内容在影响因素中占据主导地位,功能对用户也有重要影响,视觉因素和易用性的影响较小。为了推动学术期刊APP的进一步繁荣和发展,学术期刊APP应积极构建新的购买模式,以技术与合作为支撑提升内容质量,根据用户需要增添附加功能,同时提升易用性和视觉体验。
The mobility of the Internet brings academic journal APPs and their users closer. This paper intends to study the factors influencing the use of academic journal APPs based on the technology acceptance model(TAM), user experience theory and user cognitive model. The analysis is based on the questionnaire distributed and collected over the internet. The questions are about price, content, function, visual effects and ease of use. The results show that these five factors influence the use of academic journal APPs in different aspects. Price has great impact on the use of academic journal APPs, which requires new purchase model for the academic journal APPs, like payment for content. In terms of content, abundance, authoritativeness and timeliness are the major requirements for academic journals APPs; therefore, academic journal APPs need to improve the quality and quantity of content with the support of technology. In the mobile Internet environment, functionality and easy operation are playing a greater influence on the use of academic journal APPs, so additional functions should be developed to make academic journal APPs easier to operate. The icon, color, text size and image resolution also affect the use of academic journal APPs,and the user's visual experience should be taken into consideration in APP development.
