A Study of the Classification of Impolite Utterances in the Courtroom

从强性与弱性、直接与间接、积极与消极三个维度探讨法庭不礼貌话语分类发现:法庭强性不礼貌话语包括挑战、诋毁、侮辱、负面断言,而弱性不礼貌话语主要表现为沉默;法庭直接不礼貌话语包括打断、否认、指责、挑战、负面断言,而间接不礼貌话语主要有反问和讽刺;法庭积极不礼貌现象主要有沉默、否认、侮辱、负面断言,而消极不礼貌话语有打断、提醒、指示。

This paper explores the classification of impolite utterances in the courtroom from the dimensions of strong and weak impoliteness,direct and indirect impoliteness and positive and negative impoliteness.Strong impolite utterances in the courtroom include challenging,slander,insult and asserting negatively,while weak impolite utterances in the courtroom mainly includes silence.Direct impolite utterances in the courtroom include interrupting,denying,criticizing,challenging and asserting negatively,while indirect impolite utterances in the courtroom include rhetorical questions and sarcasm.Positive impolite utterances in the courtroom include silence,denying,insult and asserting negatively,while negative impolite utterances in the courtroom include interrupting,reminding and indicating.
