摘要 为了研究大型LNG工厂能耗组成,系统分析能耗情况并提出合理节能措施,结合GB/T 50441—2016《石油化工设计能耗计算标准》,运用某大型LNG工厂性能考核期间连续运转数据进行分析,并在此基础上分析了UPS改造方案。研究表明,LNG工厂为整体性系统工程,LNG产品能耗分析对于整个系统生产工艺的可持续性评价具有重要意义。对系统中各物料能耗、装置单元的合理评价是准确分析工程整体能耗的关键,其结果能有效指挥生产,避免能源浪费,促进企业盈利。 In order to study the energy consumption composition of large-scale LNG plant, the energy consumption was systematically analyzed and the reasonable energy saving measures were put forward. Combined with GB/T50441 'calculation standard for petrochemical design energy consumption', the continuous operation data of a large LNG plant during performance assessment was analyzed, based on which the retrofit scheme of UPS was analyzed. The research shows that LNG factory is an integrated system engineering. LNG energy consumption analysis is of great significance for the sustainability evaluation of the whole system production process. The reasonable evaluation of energy consumption and unit in the system is the key for the accurate analysis of the overall energy consumption of the project. The results can effectively guide the production, avoid waste of energy and promote profits of enterprise.
