摘要
在抽油机上安装平衡块时抽油机刹车装置未完善,减速器刹车仅用两个螺丝保证曲柄水平;在平衡块安装和调平过程中的锤击、敲打会导致螺丝松动、刹车失灵,曲柄装置突然转动而发生安全事故。因此,研制一种游梁式抽油机刹车保险装置,在安全上双重保护,增大抽油机安装的安全冗余,通过验证使用达到了100%的安全。
After installing the gearbox, the brake device of the beam pumping unit is not complete during the installation of the balance block on the crank device. Reducer drive shaft end brakes only screw stuck to ensure the horizontal position of the crank, but on balance block should be installed in the process of installation and leveling work on the crank of the hammer, hammer, etc.,these vibrations likely lead to loose screws, make the skid and crank gear suddenly turning, so safety accident may happen. Therefore, we have developed the brake insurance device for the beam pumping unit, which is doubly protected in security. and it has been verified to be absolutely safe.
