摘要
针对开放小区政策下小区开放对道路通行的影响,建立道路通行可靠性评价指标体系,并以该体系为基础构建静态最短路模型、动态交通分配模型和道路网络综合评估模型.从小区内部道路结构、周边道路结构以及周边车流量等角度具体分析小区开放前后对道路通行的影响,得到不同类型的小区在开放后的道路通行可靠性.依据分析结果,从完善城市路网和小区自身2个方面向城市规划和交通管理部门提出合理化建议.
Under the open community policy,sets up the road traffic reliability evaluation index system to analyze the influence of community opening on road traffic.Builds the static shortest path model,the dynamic traffic assignment model and the road network comprehensive evaluation model based on the system.Analyzes the influence of community opening on road traffic from the three aspects of internal road structure,surrounding road structure and traffic volume,and obtains the reliability of the road traffic of different types of communities.According to the analysis results,puts forward some suggestions for urban planning and traffic management from two aspects of improving the urban road network and the community itself.
