我国职业女性二孩生育抉择的影响因素研究

Study on the influencing factors of two child fertility choice of professional women in China

基于50名蚌埠市居民生育意愿的调查数据,结合层次分析法和模糊数学原理,从家庭生育成本的角度构建职业女性二孩生育抉择的影响因素评价指标体系,借助模糊综合评价模型进行实证分析.结果表明,已育职业女性进行二孩生育选择时,各成本因子影响效度不同,经济成本因素占主导地位,尤其是孩子的抚养成本和教育成本影响显著.机会成本影响因子作用明显,主要表现为个人职业发展前景和自身价值实现.为更好发挥全面二孩政策的积极作用,应建立生育成本社会补偿机制,破除性别歧视.

Based on the survey data of 50 Bengbu residents＇ fertility wishes,combined with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics principle,the evaluation index system of influencing factors of the two-child birth preference of professional women was constructed from the perspective of the family fertility cost,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used for empirical analysis.The results showed that the cost factors have different effects on the validity,the economic cost factors are dominant,especially the child＇s parenting cost and educational cost.And the impact of opportunity cost factors is obvious,mainly for the personal career development prospects and their own value to achieve.In order to make full use of the positive role of the two-child policy,put forward suggestions such as the establishment of social compensation mechanism for having and parenting children and the elimination of gender discrimination.
