摘要
为探究透水材料的改良方法和提高环境友好指标,从而更加适应现代海绵城市的建设需求,把传统透水砖中的水泥、砂石等原材料用废玻璃等废弃物替代,以偏高岭土为粘结剂,研究添加污泥、沙漠风沙和秸秆末对材料透水率的影响.结果表明,添加秸秆末对材料透水率的增强作用明显.而加污泥或沙漠风沙对材料透水率有削弱作用.当废玻璃粉主料为75%,秸秆末添加量为1%,沙漠风沙添加量为6%,污泥添加量为18%时,材料的透水率可达19 cm/min,抗压强度不低于27 MPa.
For the improvement of research methods of permeable materials and improve the environmental friendly index,in order to adapt to the modern city of sponge construction needs.The traditional water permeable brick in cement,gravel and other raw materials waste instead of waste glass etc.Using metakaolin as binder,study on the application of sludge, desert sand,straw on material permeable rate impact.The results show that,at the end of the straw material permeability enhancement effect is obvious.With sludge or desert sand on the material permeability have debilitating effects.When the waste glass powder material 75%,the straw added 1%,desert sand added 6%,the sludge dosage added 18%, the material permeability rate of up to 19 cm/min, the compression strength of not less than 27 Mpa.
