摘要
文章介绍了八钢公司采用铁水脱硫预处理-转炉-LF精炼-连铸-1750mm热连轧工艺开发了离合器片基体用钢30CrMnSiA。通过优化连铸工序冷却和动态轻压下参数,有效控制了板坯的中心偏析。轧制后的钢带经热处理,各项性能完全满足用户要求。
This paper introduces the process of developeda clutch matrix steel 30CrMnSiA by using the hot metal desul-phurization pretreatment for LF refining - continuous casting and hot rolling process of 1750mm at Bayi steel. The center-line segregation of slab is controlled effectively by optimizing cooling and dynamic soft reduction parameters in continuouscasting process. After heat treatment, the properties of the rolled strip meet the user's requirements completely.
