Study on the Coke Coal Blending from Coke Oven of Southern Xinjiang Bayi Steel for OY Furnace

南疆库、拜地区炼焦煤资源丰富,探索利用南疆公司焦炉生产OY炉焦炭。通过配煤方案设计、炼焦试验研究和成本分析,优选确定了南疆焦炉生产OY炉焦炭的配煤技术方案。试验结果表明,南疆焦炉生产OY炉焦炭具有成本及质量优势,有利于公司整体煤焦资源平衡、降低OY炉燃料成本。

Because there are plenty of coking coal resource in Kuche and Baicheng areas of southern Xinjiang, so explore toproduce coke using coke oven of southern Xinjiang Bayi Steel for OY Furnace. Through the design of coal blending scheme,coking test research and cost analysis, the technical scheme of coke coal blending for OY furnace is optimized. The testresults show that the coke for OY furnace has the advantages of cost and quality, which is beneficial to the balance of thewhole coke resource and the reduction of the fuel cost of OY furnace.
