摘要BIM技术即Buliding Information Modeling,是近些年兴起的一项应用于项目管理全生命周期的技术。该技术是建筑由二维图纸转向三维立体模型、由各参建方独自存储数据转为各方数据综合集成共享的核心技术。围绕BIM技术在工程施工中的应用现状及前景展开分析,希望能够对有兴趣发展BIM的企业或个人提供些许参考借鉴价值。
