摘要
选矿厂直接出来的全尾砂,大多含粒径小的细颗粒,这就造成了全尾砂自然沉降速度慢的现象,因此需要将絮凝剂添加到全尾砂浆中进行沉降。研究以某矿山的全尾砂为例,选择4个不同厂家,共计12个类别的絮凝剂开展了絮凝剂选型试验研究,对絮凝剂沉降过程的原理进行了分析,优选出与该矿山全尾砂匹配度最佳的絮凝剂,然后深入研究了该絮凝剂添加量不同对沉降过程的影响,得出适合某矿山的絮凝剂是Ⅺ,最佳添加量为25 g/t。该全尾砂絮凝沉降试验方法可供类似矿山参考运用。
The whole tailings from the concentrator are mostly fine particles with small particle size, which causes thephenomenon of slow sedimentation. It is necessary to add the flocculant to the all tailings mortar for sedimentation.Taking the all tailings of a mine as an example, four (two kinds of domestic and two kings of foreign) from total 12kings of different flocculants were selected to study the flocculant selection test, the principle of the settlement offlocculant was analyzed,and the best marching degree of the flocculant was selected. After, the effect of different doseof flocculants on the sedimentation process was studied in detail. The flocculant Ⅺ suitable for the mine wasobtained. The optimum dosage was 25 g/t. The method is reference to similar mines.
