摘要
运用Nastran软件对电梯导轨的4种压轨位置方案进行了分析比较。得出不同的压轨跨度对导轨的应力和变形的影响。并指出,在高速重载电梯的导轨安装中,应对压轨的安装位置进行精确分析,并适当增加压轨数量。
The four kinds of location schemes of guide fixed plate of elevator guide rail are analyzed and compared by Nastran software, and the influence of different guide fixed plate span on the stress and deformation of the rail is obtained. It is pointed out that the installation location of the guide fixed plate should be accurately analyzed and the number of guide fixed plate should be increased properly in the installation of the guide rail of the high speed and heaw load elevator.
