摘要
随着依法治企的不断深入推进,企业福利管理规范化水平亟待提高。通过建立福利保障评价指数指标,从福利保障的管理制度、管理措施、管理流程等方面引导企业规范福利项目和标准管理,提升企业管理水平。
with the continuous deepening of the rule of law, the standardization of enterprise welfare management needs to be improved. In this paper, through the establishment of welfare evaluation index, index, from the perspective of welfare management system, management measures and management process, it guide enterprise welfare project and standardized of management to improve enterprise management level.
