摘要
通过对包埋机控制过程进行研究,研发智能化控制系统,硬件采用以STM32F07处理器为核心的控制电路,软件采用常规PID控制+机器学习前馈智能控制的复合控制方法,有效提高温度控制的快速性和高精度,进而提高包埋机性能。
By researching the control process of embedding machine,an intelligent control system is developed. The control circuit with STM32 F07 processor as the core is adopted in the hardware. The software adopts the compound control method of conventional PID control and machine learning feed forward intelligent control,which effectively increases the temperature control of the rapid and high precision,thereby enhancing the performance of embedding machine.
