摘要
在我国实施了居民住宅供热分户计费这一政策后,新建的居民住宅内,房间散热片大多采用了串联方式进行连接。如果散热片集箱连接进出水的热水取暖采用皿字型安装连接,那么供暖水流主体很容易发生短路问题,散热片内部总水体平均温度相对较低且供暖效果差。通过技术改进之后,进出口位于上集箱和下集箱,使得整个散热片内实体始终处于一种强制流动模式。与此同时,还提高了控制阀的整体密封性能。重点针对散热片热水管路安装连接方式出现的问题进行系统的分析,并提出与之相对应的改进建议。
After implementing the policy of household heating and charging in our country,most of the room heat sinks are connected in series in the newly built residential buildings. If a fin set box is connected with the water inlet and outlet water heating plate using 皿 type installation and connection,it is prone to occur short circuit problem,and total water average temperature is relatively low and the heating effect is poor. After technical improvement,the inlet and outlet are located in the upper header and the lower header,so that the whole fin is always in a forced flow mode. At the same time,the overall sealing performance of the control valve is also improved. The problems of heat sink hot water pipeline installation and connection were analyzed,and corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward.
