摘要
于在体及离体大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,短毛五加总甙可显著降低再灌性室速、室颤的发生率,同时明显保护心肌中超氧化物歧化酶,过氧化氢酶的活性,阻止脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛含量的升高。实验结果表明,短毛五加总甙具有抗心肌缺血/再灌性心律失常的作用,此作用与抗氧自由基及抗脂质过氧化有关。
The effects of saponins of Acan thopanax gracilistylus var. pubescens (AGVPS) against ischemia- and reperfusion-induced arrhythmia were investigated by using the anesthetized rats and Langendorff rat hearts subject to transient coronary artery occlusion. The pretreatment of AGVPS at 10 min prior to occlusion significantly decreased the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmias both in vivo and in vitro. Meanwhile, AGVPS significantly improved myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) activities and suppressed the rise of lipid peroxides. These results indicate that AGVPS affords protective effects against ischemia- and reperfusion-induced arrhythmias probably by inhibiting free radicals and subsequent lipid peroxidation.
