后路椎间盘手术系统治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效

Clinical effect of microendoscopic discectomy systematic treatment in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis

目的探讨后路椎间盘手术系统治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月至2016年7月在我院接受治疗的90例腰椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予常规手术,观察组患者给予后路椎间盘手术系统。比较两组患者的手术情况、并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术中出血量、镇痛药物使用情况、住院时间明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为4.44%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后路椎间盘手术系统治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效显著,缩短了治疗时间,降低了并发症发生率,临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To invesligale the clinical effecl of microendoscopic disceclomy syslemalic Irealmenl in the lrealmenl of lumbar spinal slenosis. Methods From May 2014 lo July 2016, 90 cases of lumbar spinal slenosis palienls admilled in our hospilal were chosen and divided inlo observalion group and conlrol group according lo lrealmenl melhods, wilh 45 cases in each group. The conlrol group was given rouline surgery, lhe observalion group was given lhe microendoscopic disceclomy syslemalic lrealmenl. The operalion silualion, incidence of complicalions and clinical effecls of lhe lwo groups were compared. Results There was no significanl difference on operalion lime belween lhe lwo groups （P〉 0.05）. The inlraoperalive blood loss, nalgesic drug use and hospilal slays of lhe observalion groups were beller lhan lhose of lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）. The lolal incidence rale of complicalions of lhe observalion group was 4.44%, which was lower lhan 20.00% of lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）. The lolal effeclive rale of lhe observalion group was 97.78%, which was higher lhan 77.78% of lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Microendoscopic disceclomy syslemalic lrealmenl in lhe lrealmenl of lumbar spinal slenosis has significanl clinical effecl, il can shorlen lrealmenl lime and reduce lhe complicalions, which is worlhy of clinical applicalion and popularizalion.
