手术治疗下胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤的临床效果

Clinical effect of surgical treatment in patients with ankle joint injury complicated with inferior tibiofibular joint separation

目的分析手术治疗下胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤的临床效果。方法选取我院骨科收治的胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤患者94例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。观察组患者给予骨膜移位手术治疗,对照组给予短肌腱移位手术治疗。对比两组患者的手术时间、骨愈合时间及总有效率。结果观察组患者手术时间和骨骼愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为87.23%,显著高于对照组的70.21%(P<0.05)。结论骨膜移位手术治疗下胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤具有手术时间短、骨愈合时间短、治疗有效率高等优点,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effecl of surgical Irealmenl in patients with ankle joint injury complicated wilh inferior libiofibular joinl separalion. Methods A lolal of 94 ankle joint injury complicated with inferior tibiofibular joint separation palienls were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The observation group received periosteal flap transposition, and lhe control group accepted brevis tendon transposition. The operation lime, bone healing lime and lolal effective rale of lhe lwo groups were compared. Results The operation lime and bone healing lime of lhe observation group were less than those of lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. The lolal effective rale of lhe observation group was 87.23%, which was significantly higher than 70.21% of lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Periosteal flap transposition in lhe treatment of ankle joinl injury complicated wilh inferior libiofibular joinl separalion has lhe advantages of short operation lime, short bone healing lime and high lolal effective rale, which is worth lo be applied and popularized in clinic.
