妇科慢性盆腔炎临床综合治疗预后探讨

Prognosis investigation of comprehensive treatment on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨临床综合治疗妇科慢性盆腔炎的预后情况。方法选取2015年11月至2016年5月于我院就诊的慢性盆腔炎患者54例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组27例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,研究组患者采用中西药综合治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果和治疗满意度。结果研究组患者的总有效率为81.4%,明显高于对照组的59.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗满意度为92.6%,明显高于对照组的51.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗妇科慢性盆腔炎,临床效果显著,可以有效改善患者的预后,具有较高的临床使用价值,值得应用和推广。

Objective To invesligale the prognosis of comprehensive Irealmenl on chronic pelvic inllammalory disease. Methods Fifly-four palienls with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in our hospilal from November 2015 lo May 2016 were selecled as lhe sludy objecls and randomly divided inlo conlrol group and sludy group, wilh 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and lhe study group was given comprehensive treatment of Chinese and western medicine. The clinical effects and treatment satisfaction rale of lhe lwo groups were compared. Results The lolal effective rale of lhe sludy group was 81.5%, which was higher than 59.2% of lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）. The treatment satisfaction rale of lhe sludy group was 92.6%, which was higher than 51.9% of lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has significant clinical effect, and can improve lhe prognosis of lhe palienls. Il has high clinical value, which is worthy of application and promotion.
