82例宫颈癌患者的临床病理特点探究

Clinical pathological characteristics in 82 patients with cervical cancer

目的探究82例宫颈癌患者的临床病理特点。方法从我院2010年10月至2016年10月收治的宫颈癌患者中随机抽取82例作为本次研究对象,并按患者年龄的不同将其分为青年组和中老年组,各41例,分析两组患者的临床病理特点。结果研究分析显示,青年组患者的宫颈癌及癌前病变检出率为95.12%,明显高于中老年组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中老年组患者的宫颈癌及癌前病变临床特征及病理特征的相关数据均优于青年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄段宫颈癌患者的临床病理特点存在很大差异,而处于青年年龄段的患者病情较为险恶,其宫颈癌及癌前病变检出率相对较高。因此,医护人员在临床病理诊断过程中应高度重视不同年龄段患者的病理特点,并予以针对性的治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical pathological characlerislics in 82 patients with cervical cancer. Methods Eighly-lwo cases of palienls with cervical cancer treated in our hospilal from October 2010 lo October 2016 were selected as lhe research objects, all lhe palienls were divided into young group and elderly group according lo different age, with 41 cases in each group, then lhe clinical pathological characlerislics in lhe lwo groups were explored. Results Through research and analysis, lhe detection rale of cervical cancer and precancerous lesion in lhe young group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than 78.05% in lhe elderly group （ P〈0.05）; lhe clinical features and pathological characlerislics in lhe elderly group were significantly superior than those in lhe young group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion There are significant differences in lhe clinicopalhological features inpalienls with cervical cancer in different age, and lhe palienls in lhe young age are more dangerous, and lhe detection rale of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions are relatively high. Therefore, lhe medical staff in lhe clinical pathology diagnosis process should attach great importance lo lhe pathological characlerislics with palienls of different ages, and give palienls targeted treatment.
