优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的应用效果观察

Effect observation of high quality nursing on patients with cerebral thrombosis

目的探究优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的应用价值。方法选择2013年1月至2015年12月在我院接受治疗的200例脑血栓患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用优质护理方法,对比两组患者的MBI评分水平、护理满意度及住院时间。结果经过护理,观察组患者的MBI评分和护理满意度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),而观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对脑血栓患者采用优质护理措施,能够有效改善患者生活能力水平,提升护理满意度,缩短住院时间,效果显著,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing on patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods Two hundred cases of palienls with cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospilal from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and lhe observation group was treated with high quality nursing. The MBI score, nursing care satisfaction and length of slay were compared between lhe lwo groups. Results The MBI score and nursing satisfaction in lhe observation group were significantly higher than those in lhe control group （ P〈0.05）, and lhe length of slay of lhe observation group was significantly shorter than lhal of lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing applied on palienls with cerebral thrombosis can improve lhe living ability and nursing satisfaction, shorten lhe length of slay. The effect is significant, which has high clinical application value.
