综合护理干预在产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果

Application efficacy of comprehensive nursing in puerperant withpostpartum hemorrhage

目的分析和探讨综合护理干预在产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法选择本院在2011年6月至2015年6月收治的70例产后出血产妇为研究对象,分成A组和B组,每组35例。A组给予综合护理干预,B组给予一般护理。对比两组产妇的产后出血量和第三产程时间、护理效果和并发症发生情况。结果 A组产妇产后2、24 h的出血量均少于B组产妇,第三产程时间短于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,A组总有效率为97.14%,明显高于B组的82.86%(P<0.05);A组的并发症发生率为8.57%,低于B组的45.71%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以显著减少产妇的产后出血量,使其第三产程时间缩短,并发症发生率降低,具有较显著的护理效果,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To discuss and analyze the efficacy of comprehensive nursing in puerperant with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 70 puerperant with postpartum hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B, with 35 cases in each group. The group A was given comprehensive nursing, while the group B was given traditional nursing. The amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the time of the third stage of labor nursing efficacy, and the incidence of complication in the two groups after delivery were observed. Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage of the group A was less than the group B in 2〉24 h after delivery, and the time of the third labor in the group A was shorter than that in the group B, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of the group A after intervention was 97.14%, which was higher than 82.86% of the group B （ P〈0.05）; and the incidence of complication in the group A was 8.57%, which was lower than 45.71% in the group B （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing applied in puerperant with postpartum hemorrhage with less complication and shorter labor time, it can reduce the amount of bleeding after delivery, which achieved significant nursing efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
