小剂量左甲状腺素钠片辅助治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

The clinical effect observation of small dose of levothyroxine sodium in the adjuvant treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

目的观察小剂量左甲状腺素钠辅助治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法选取慢性充血性心力衰竭患者92例,随机分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例)。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用小剂量左甲状腺素钠片,两组患者均治疗2周。观察两组患者的治疗效果及心功能指标变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的71.74%(P<0.05);治疗2周后,观察组患者的LVEF、SV、CI水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者使用左甲状腺素钠片辅助治疗后,未出现不良反应。结论小剂量左甲状腺素钠对慢性充血性心力衰竭具有很好的辅助治疗效果,且有助于心功能的改善,安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of small dose of levothyroxine sodium in the adjuvant treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected and randomly divided into observation group(46 cases) and control group(46 cases). The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment, the observation group was given small dose of levothyroxine sodium adjuvant treatment on this basis, both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The therapeutic effect and changes of cardiac function indexes of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%, which was higher than 71.74%of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of LVEF, SV, CI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group who treated with left thyroxine sodium tablets adjuvant treatment had no occurance of complication. Conclusion Small dose of levothyroxine sodium in the auxiliary treatment of chronic congestive heart failure has a distinct curative effect, which can improve the cardiac function with high safety.
