连续静注丙种球蛋白辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of continuous intravenous drip of gamma globulin in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric severe pneumonia

目的分析连续静脉滴注丙种球蛋白辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年4月至2016年4月收治的65例小儿重症肺炎患儿。将65例患儿随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例)。对照组患儿给予常规对症处理措施,包括吸氧、抗生素等基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上连续静脉滴注丙种球蛋白辅助治疗。观察并记录两组患儿相关临床症状、体征的改善情况,包括体温恢复时间、咳嗽与肺啰音消失时间、血气指标的改善时间,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿的临床症状、体征改善所用时间及临床治疗总有效率均优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论连续静注丙种球蛋白辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果十分显著,可有效改善患儿的临床症状和体征,缩短治疗时间,促进患儿及早恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of continuous intravenous drip of gamma globulin in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric severe pneumonia. Methods A total of 65 cases of children with severe pneumonia were selected in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016, and were randomly divided into observation group(33 cases) and control group(32 cases). The control group received routine symptomatic treatment, including oxygen inhalation and antibiotics, the observation group was treated with continuous intravenous drip of gamma globulin on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the improvement of related clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were observed and recorded, including the temperature recovery time, cough disappearance time, pulmonary rales and blood gas index improved time, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The improvement time of related clinical symptoms and signs,and the clinical efficacy in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous intravenous drip of gamma globulin in adjuvant treatment of pediatric severe pneumonia has remarkable clinical effect, which could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children, shorten the treatment time, and promote early recovery of children.
