米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids

目的探讨米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法将我院收治的106例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组患者给予米非司酮进行治疗,观察组患者给予米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的临床症状、临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的月经期、经血量、子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积均明显优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为92.45%,显著高于对照组的73.58%(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 106 uterine fibroids patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was given mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule. The clinical symptoms before and after treatment, clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the menstrual period, menstrual blood volume, uterine volume and uterine fibroids volume of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.45%, which was higher than 73.58% of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule has a great efficacy in the treatment of uterine fibroids, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
