小切口改良甲状腺切除术与传统甲状腺切除术的治疗效果比较

Effects comparison of modified small incision thyroidectomy and traditional thyroidectomy

目的比较小切口改良甲状腺切除术与传统甲状腺切除术的治疗效果。方法将80例本院2012年5月至2015年5月收治的甲状腺瘤患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用小切口改良甲状腺切除术,对照组患者采用传统甲状腺切除术,对两组患者的治疗效果及不良事件发生情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的手术耗时短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。随访结果表明,观察组出现了1例切口感染、1例呼吸困难、2例声音嘶哑的情况,并发症总发生率为10.0%;对照组出现了3例切口感染、2例呼吸困难、4例声音嘶哑、2例切口粘连,并发症总发生率为27.5%;观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗甲状腺瘤中,小切口改良甲状腺切除术较传统甲状腺切除术的治疗效果更佳,患者手术时间短,出血量少,住院时间短,且术后并发症发生率低,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To compare the effects of modified small incision thyroidectomy and traditional thyroidectomy.Methods Eighty patients with thyroid tumor in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with modified small incision thyroidectomy, while the control group received traditional thyroidectomy. The treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The surgery time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group, hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Follow-up results showed that there were 1 case of incisional infection, 1 case of dyspnea and 2 cases of hoarseness in the observation group, the overall complication rate was 10.0%; there were 3 cases of incision infection, 2 cases of dyspnea, 4 cases of hoarseness, 2 cases of incisional adhesions in the control group, the overall complication rate was 27.5%; the overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Small incision modified thyroidectomy is more effective in the treatment of thyrophymain than traditional thyroidectomy, which has shorter operation time, less bleeding, shorter hospitalization time, and lower incidence of postoperative complications, and it should be used in clinical application.
