鼻内镜下手术治疗伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with nasal septum deviation and allergic rhinitis

目的分析鼻内镜下手术治疗伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2015年7月至2016年12月收治的64例伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法将其分为研究组(32例)与对照组(32例)。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组基于常规治疗给予鼻内镜下手术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果与对照组比较,治疗后研究组伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者的显效率、治疗总有效率明显更高,无效率明显更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的鼻中隔脓肿、鼻中隔血肿以及鼻腔粘连发生率比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻内镜下手术治疗伴有鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果十分显著,且不增加患者治疗后的不良反应,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with nasal septum deviation and allergic rhinitis. Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with nasal septum deviation and allergic rhinitis in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were grouped into study group(32 cases) and control group(32 cases) according to different treatment methods. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment, on this basis, patients in the study group were given endoscopic surgery. The treatment effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, after treatment the significant efficiency, total effective rate of patients with nasal septum deviation and allergic rhinitis in the study groups were significantly higher, and no efficiency rate in the study group was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of nasal septal abscess, nasal septal hematoma and nasal cavity adhesions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic surgery has significant effect in patients with nasal septum deviation and allergic rhinitis, without increasing the patients' adverse reactions after treatment, which is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
