血细胞分析仪和目视显微镜观察白细胞分类的效果比较

Effect comparison of hematology analyzer and visual microscope in the leukocyte cell classification

目的探讨血细胞分析仪和目视显微镜观察白细胞分类的效果。方法随机抽取我院门诊2016年8月至2016年10月的患者静脉血80份,将获得的血液标本使用ABX MICROS 60三类血细胞分析仪和目视显微镜进行分析,观察两种分析结果中白细胞分类情况。结果血细胞分析仪检查的白细胞分类异常的有13例,阳性率16.25%;使用目视显微镜复片检查的白细胞分类异常的有10例,阳性率为12.50%;两种方法检测白细胞分类异常的阳性率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(χ~2=0.4569,P>0.05)。结论使用血细胞分析仪进行白细胞分类具有检测速度快、操作简单、对技术要求不高、良好的重复性及较高的稳定性等特点,但是影响结果的因素比较多,建议在使用血细胞分析仪进行白细胞分类的同时附带血片以备复检。

Objective To discuss the effect of hematology analyzer and visual microscope in the leukocyte classification. Methods A total of 80 cases of venous blood samples in our hospital from Agust 2016 to October 2016 were randomly selected. The blood samples obtained were analyzed using ABX MICROS 60 three blood cell analyzers and visual microscopy, the leukocyte classification results were observed. Results The abnormal white blood cell classification were 13 cases with hematology analyzer, and the positive rate of 16.25%; the abnormal white blood cell classification were 10 cases with visual microscope, and the positive rate was 12.50%; there was no significant difference in the positive rate of white blood cell abnormalities between the two methods( χ~2=0.4569, P>0.05). Conclusion Using hematology analyzer for leukocyte classification has the advantages of fast detection speed, easy operation, low technical requirement, good reproducibility, high stability and so on, but there are more factors that affect the outcomes; thus, in the use of blood cell analyzer for leukocyte classification, we should accompany by blood tablets for re-examination at the same time.
