经腹部超声与经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜异位症的价值对比

Value comparison of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometriosis

目的探讨经腹部超声与经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜异位症的价值。方法选取2013年7月至2016年7月在我院进行检查诊断的80例疑似子宫内膜异位症患者,所有患者均进行经腹部超声检查和经阴道超声检查,总结两种超声检查的结果。结果疑似子宫内膜异位症的80例患者中,经病理学确诊是子宫内膜异位症的患者有61例。经腹部超声诊断患有子宫内膜异位症的患者有64例;有8例误诊,5例漏诊。经阴道超声诊断患有子宫内膜异位症的患者有62例;有4例误诊,3例漏诊。经阴道超声诊断的正确率为95.08%,稍高于经腹部超声诊断的正确率(91.80%),但差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经腹部超声及经阴道超声是子宫内膜异位症的两种重要的辅助检查手段,经阴道超声的诊断正确率稍高于经腹部超声诊断,但差异不显著。

Objective To investigate the value of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometriosis. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients suspected endometriosis admitted into our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected. All the patients performed the transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography, and the results of two methods were compared. Results In the 80 cases of patients suspected endometriosis, 61 cases were pathologically confirmed endometriosis. There were 64 patients diagnosed with endometriosis by transabdominal ultrasound, and 8 cases of misdiagnosis, 5 cases of missed diagnosis. There were 62 cases of patients diagnosed with endometriosis by transvaginal ultrasound, and 4 cases of misdiagnosis, 3 cases of missed diagnosis. The correct rate of transvaginal ultrasonography was 95.08%, which was slightly higher than 91.80% of transabdominal ultrasonography, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography are two important auxiliary examination means in the diagnosis of endometriosis, the correct rate of diagnosis of transvaginal ultrasound is higher than that of the transabdominal ultrasound, but the difference is not significant.
