品管圈方法对提高糖尿病患者胰岛素注射掌握率的影响

Effect of quality control circle method on improving the insulin injection mastering rate in diabetic patients

目的探讨品管圈活动对提高糖尿病患者胰岛素注射掌握率的影响。方法本科室于2014年11月成立品管圈小组。针对糖尿病患者在胰岛素注射中的问题,运用品管圈方法进行了主题选定、现况把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟定,对策实施与探讨、效果确认及成果检讨等活动。结果经过13个月的活动,糖尿病患者胰岛素注射掌握率由改善前的84.3%提高至改善后的96.8%,达到了活动目标。结论品管圈活动大大提高了糖尿病患者正确注射胰岛素的掌握率,在临床中值得应用和推广。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on improving the insulin injection mastering rate in diabetic patients. Methods The quality management group was established in our department in November 2014.According to the problem of insulin injection in patients with diabetes, the theme selection, the current situation, the target setting, the analysis, the formulation of the countermeasures, the implementation and discussion of the countermeasures, the confirmation of the effect and the review of the results was carried out by using of the quality control circle method. Results After 13 months of activities, the insulin injection mastering rate of diabetics increased from previously 84.3% to 96.8%,which was reached the target of the activities. Conclusion The quality control circle activities can improve the insulin injection mastering rate in diabetic patients, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
