中医情志护理对子宫肌瘤围手术期患者的影响

Effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing during perioperative period in patients with uterine fibroids

目的探究中医情志护理对子宫肌瘤围手术期患者的影响。方法抽取来我院就医的80例子宫肌瘤围手术期患者(2014年10月至2016年10月)作为此次研究对象,并随机将所有患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组(40例)应用一般护理干预,试验组(40例)在一般护理的基础上应用中医情志护理,比较两组患者的住院时间、焦虑及抑郁评分、满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的焦虑及抑郁评分均降低,且试验组患者的焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的住院时间短于对照组,且护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤围手术期患者采取中医情志护理干预,能显著缩短患者的住院时间,改善患者的心理状况,提高其满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing in patients with uterine fibroids during perioperative period. Methods Eighty patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital(from October 2014 to October 2016)were enrolled as the target group. All patients were randomly divided into control group(40 cases) using general nursing intervention and experimental group(40 cases) receiving Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basis of the general nursing intervention. The hospitalization time, anxiety and depression scores, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results After nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups decreased, and the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine emotional nursing using in patients with uterine fibroids during perioperative period can significantly shorten the patient's hospitalization time, improve the patients' psychological status and their nursing satisfaction.
