血清BNP、HCY、hs-CRP及心肌三联在急性心肌梗死中的诊断价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析血清BNP、HCY、hs-CRP及心肌三联在急性心肌梗死(AMI)中的诊断价值。方法收集AMI患者和同期行体检的健康者各50例,分别为AMI组和对照组,检测两组血清BNP、c Tn T、CK-MB、Mb、HCY及hs-CRP水平。结果AMI组血清中的c Tn T、CK-MB、Mb、BNP、HCY、hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。6项指标联合检测AMI诊断效率的特异度、灵敏度阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为80.00%、100.00%、83.33%及100.00%。结论联合检测6项血清学指标的诊断效率相对高于单项指标,同时血清中hs-CRP、HCY、BNP水平的升高,对AMI患者的预后和复发有一定的指导意义。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum BNP, HCY, hs-CRP and myocardial triad in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods Fifty AMI patients(AMI group) and Fifty healthy subjects(control group)were enrolled in the study. The levels of serum BNP, c Tn T, CK-MB, Mb, HCY and hs-CRP in the two groups were detected. Results The levels of serum c Tn T, CK-MB, Mb, BNP, HCY and hs-CRP in the AMI group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the combined detection of 6 indicators for diagnosis of AMI were 80.00%, 100.00%, 83.33% and 100.00% respectively.Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of combined detection of 6 serum markers is relatively higher than single index. At the same time, with the increase of levels of serum hs-CRP, HCY and BNP, which have certain guiding significance for the prognosis and recurrence of patients with AMI.
