不同剂量地佐辛在无痛肠镜中的麻醉效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的对不同剂量地佐辛在无痛肠镜中的麻醉效果进行分析。方法选取在我院接受无痛肠镜治疗的160例患者进行观察研究,治疗时间均在2014年3月至2016年6月,采用计算机随机分组的方式将患者分为A、B、C、D四组,各40例。A组患者给予舒芬太尼麻醉,B组给予0.05 mg/kg地佐辛,C组给予0.10 mg/kg地佐辛,D组给予0.15 mg/kg地佐辛,将上述四组患者的苏醒后镇静及镇痛评分、苏醒时间、丙泊酚追加次数、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果 A、B、C、D四组患者的苏醒后镇静、镇痛评分比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);D组患者的苏醒时间长于A、B、C组,其丙泊酚追加次数较A、B、C三组少,D组恶心、呕吐的发生率与A、B、C三组比较均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛小剂量(0.05~0.10 mg/kg)不仅可以满足肠镜治疗无痛要求,而且对苏醒时间无影响,可减少不良反应的发生。 Objective To analyze the anesthesia effect of different doses of dezocine in painless colonoscopy. Methods One hundred and sixty patients who received painless enteroscopy in our hospital were selected for observation and study,and the treatment time was from March 2014 to June 2016. The patients were divided into group A, B, C and D according to computer randomized method with 40 cases in each group. The group A was given sufentanil anesthesia, the group B was given 0.05 mg/kg dezocine, the group C was given 0.10 mg/kg dezocine, the group D was given 0.15 mg/kg dezocine. The sedation scores, analgesic scores after awakening, awaking time, propofol additional times and the incidences of adverse reactions in the four groups were compared. Results There had no obvious differences in sedation score and analgesic score after awakening between the four groups(P〉0.05). The awaking time of patients in group the D was longer than that in the group A, B, C, and the additional times of propofol were less than those of group A, B, C, the incidences of nausea,vomiting in the group D were significantly different from those of the group A, B, C, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Low dose dezocine(0.05-0.10 mg/kg) can not only meet the requirement of painless colonoscopy treatment, but also has no effect on awaking time, which can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
