骨科创伤中持续封闭负压引流的临床效果

Clinical effect of vacuum-sealing drainage in orthopedic trauma

目的研究持续封闭负压引流(vacuum-sealing drainage,VSD)在骨科创伤治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的骨科创伤患者64例,采用随机分配原理将64例患者分为研究组和对照组,每组32例。传统创伤护理模式应用于对照组,研究组在此基础上使用封闭负压式持续引流技术,比较两组患者伤口愈合情况及治疗优良率。结果研究组患者伤口一次植皮愈合率、伤口二次植皮愈合率及伤口多次植皮愈合率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者伤口平均愈合时间为(17.45±5.67)d,显著低于对照组的(25.66±3.65)d(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗优良率为96.89%,显著高于对照组的81.26%(P<0.05)。结论 VSD能彻底清除创面的分泌物和坏死组织,刺激肉芽生长,有效控制感染,缩短病程,提高治疗有效率,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of VSD in the treatment of patients with orthopedic trauma. Methods Sixty-four patients with orthopedic trauma admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The traditional trauma nursing model was applied in the control group. On the basis of the control group, the study group used VSD technique and the condition of the wound healing and the excellent and good rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The skin grafting healing rate of one time, two times and many times in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; the average healing time of the wound was（17.45 ±5.67） d in the study group,which was significantly lower than（25.66±3.65） d in the control group（P〈0.05）; the excellent and good rate of treatment was 96.89% in the study group, which was significantly higher than 81.26% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion VSD can completely remove the wound secretions and necrotic tissue, stimulate the growth of granulation, effectively control the infection, shorten the course of disease and improve the efficiency of treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
