奥硝唑合剂与常规填充剂在牙体牙髓病中的应用效果

Clinical effect of ornidazole mixture and conventional filler in the treatment of endodontic disease

目的探讨奥硝唑合剂与常规填充剂在牙体牙髓病中的应用效果。方法选取我院口腔科2011年6月至2015年6月收治的85例牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象,根据填充剂不同分为研究组(n=43)和对照组(n=42),研究组给予奥硝唑合剂填充,对照组给予常规填充剂。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组71.43%(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应总发生率为9.30%,明显低于对照组的23.81%(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑合剂治疗牙体牙髓病临床疗效显著,可保护牙齿、杀灭牙齿内部细菌组织,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ornidazole mixture and conventional filler in patients with endodontic disease. Methods Eighty-five cases of patients with endodontic disease in the department of stomatology of our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the study objects, and divided into study group（43 cases） and control group（42 cases） according to different fillers. The study group received ornidazole mixture filler, while the control group was given conventional filler, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than 71.43% of the control group（P〈0.05）; the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.30%, which was significantly lower than 23.81% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ornidazole mixture has better clinical effect in the treatment of endodontic disease, which not only can protect teeth, but also kill bacteria in the teeth, it has higher clinical value.
