早期电针结合运动意念治疗中风肢体偏瘫的临床疗效

Clinical effect of electric acupuncture combined with movement ideas in the treatment of limbs hemiplegia after stroke

目的探讨早期电针结合运动意念治疗中风肢体偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将106例我院收治的中风肢体偏瘫患者随机分为对照组(n=54)和治疗组(n=52)。对照组患者给予常规治疗加被动康复治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上运用电针结合运动意念治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的Fugl-Meyer及BI评分。结果治疗后,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer和BI评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针结合运动意念干预在中风早期康复治疗中临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of elec tric acupuncture combined with movement ideas in the treatment of limbs hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 106 patients with limbs hemiplegia after stroke admitted in our hospital were divided into control group（n=54） and study group（n=52）. The control group received routine treatment and passive rehabilitation therapy, and the study group accepted electric acupuncture combined with movement ideas based on the control group. The Fugl-Meyer and BI scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer and BI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the study group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of electric acupuncture combined with movement ideas in the treatment of limbs hemiplegia after stroke is significant, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
