预见性护理对冠心病患者并发症的影响分析

Influence analysis of predictive nursing on complications in patients with coronary heart disease

目的分析预见性护理对冠心病患者介入术后并发症的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月在我院进行介入术治疗的68例冠心病患者作为研究对象,根据双盲法将其分为研究组(34例)与对照组(34例)。对照组患者行常规护理,研究组患者基于常规护理行预见性护理,对比两组术后并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比较而言,研究组患者的术后并发症(低血压、术后血栓、心律失常及冠脉痉挛)发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理措施应用于冠心病介入术后,患者并发症明显更少,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative complications in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects, and divided into study group and control group according to double-blind method, with 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent routine care and the study group accepted predictive nursing on the basis of routine care, then the incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease. Results In comparison with the control group, the incidence rates of postoperative complications（hypotension, postoperative thrombosis, arrhythmia and coronary spasm） in the study group were significantly lower, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The predictive nursing measures applied in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease can significantly reduce the incidence of complication, which is worth popularizing in the clinical nursing work.
