护理干预对腹腔镜术后肩背疼痛的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on shoulder pain after laparoscopic surgery

目的观察护理干预对行腹腔镜术患者术后肩背疼痛的缓解效果。方法随机抽取2016年6月至9月在我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的60例患者为研究对象,对每位患者按入院顺序进行编号,单号为对照组,双号为干预组,每组30例。对照组患者术后接受常规护理措施,干预组患者在对照组常规护理基础上进行呼吸锻炼联合肩背部按摩等护理干预。对比两组患者手术后的肩背疼痛评分和护理总有效率。结果干预组患者手术后24、48 h VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜术后患者实施护理干预可缓解患者术后肩背疼痛,可提高护理总有效率,明显减轻患者的不适,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative shoulder pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods Sity cases of patients who accepted gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2016 to September 2016 were selected as the study objects, and each patient was numbered according to the order of admission, patients with single number was set as the control group, and the double number was set as the intervention group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group took postoperative regular nursing measures, while the intervention group took breathing exercise combined with shoulder and back massage and other nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Then the shoulder pain scores after surgery and the total effective rate of care were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS pain scores in the intervention group at 24 and 48 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the total effective rate of nursing in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention applied in patients after laparoscopic surgery can relieve the postoperative shoulder pain, improve the overall efficiency of care, and significantly reduce the patient＇s discomfort, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
