PDCA循环法在临床高危药品管理中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle method in clinical high-alert medication management

目的探讨PDCA循环法在临床高危药品管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2016年1月至2016年6月医院未实施PDCA循环法时我院开具的150张高危药品处方作为实施前组,选取2016年7月至2016年12月PDCA循环法实施后我院开具的150张高危药品处方作为实施后组,两组处方各涉及50种高危药品。比较PDCA循环法实施前后高危药品处方合格率、标识准确度及损耗量。结果 PDCA循环法实施后高危药品处方合格率与标识准确度分别为97.33%、98.00%,均明显高于实施前的84.00%、58.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA循环法实施后医院各部门高危药品月平均损耗量均明显减少(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法能够促使医院药剂科更加精细化的管理高危药品,减少药品损耗量,降低药品差错率,确保药品供应质量,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To investigate the application effects of PDCA cycle method in high-alert medication management.Methods A total of 150 high-alert drug prescription issued in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected as the group before implementation, and a total of 150 high-alert drug prescription issued in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the group after implementation, which involved 50 kinds of high-alert drugs respectively.The passing rate of high-risk prescription, accuracy of identification, wastage before and after the application of PDCA cycle method were compared between the two group. Results After the application of PDCA cycle method, the passing rate of high-alert prescription, accuracy of identification were 97.33% and 98.00% respectively, which were significantly higher than 84.00% and 58.00% before the application of PDCA cycle method（P〈0.05）. After the application, the average wastage of high-alert drugs in every department of hospital all significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle method is able to promote refined management of high-alert drugs, reduce the wastage of drugs, decrease the error rate of drugs, ensure the quality of drugs supply and guarantee the safety.
