糖尿病及其并发症的临床检验价值分析

Clinical examination value analysis of diabetes and its complications

目的分析糖尿病及其并发症的临床检验价值。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月100例我院收治的糖尿病无并发症患者作为观察组,同时段选取100例糖尿病伴并发症患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的血脂水平(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDLC)及FBG、HbA1c、D-Dimer、Insulin水平。结果观察组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、HbA1c、D-Dimer水平均显著低于对照组,但HDL-C、Insulin水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病伴并发症的出现对血脂代谢有一定的影响,且与糖尿病的恶化有直接的关系。血脂各指标以及FBG、HbA1c、D-Dimer、Insulin等指标的检测能够有效监控糖尿病并发症,对于临床疗效判断和预后评估等方面具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical examination value of diabetes and its complications. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 100 cases of diabetes in our hospital without complications were selected as the observation group, and 100 cases with complications were selected as the control group, the levels of blood lipids（TC, TG, HDL-C,LDL-C） and FBG, HbA1c, D-Dimer and Insulin were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of TC, TG,LDL-C, FBG, HbA1c and D-Dimer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,but the leves of HDL-C, Insulin were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diabetes with complications has certain impact on the levels of blood lipid, and has a direct relationship with the deterioration of diabetes. The detection of blood lipid indicators and the levels of FBG, HbA1c,D-Dimer, Insulin can effectively control the diabetes complications, and has great significance in the clinical efficacy judgment and prognosis evaluation.
